I am a certified professional Life and Academic Coach following the standards of the ICF (International Coaching. Federation).

I have devoted my life to the academic environment and successfully undertok undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Architecture (Argentina, 2003), Heritage Conservation (Master’s degree, Spain, 2006), and the History of Architecture (PhD, UK, 2018).

I have been actively participated in teaching and academic training, most recently with a focus on PhD students. Although successful in all my degrees, and having been granted scholarships for all of them, I found it difficult combining postgraduate studies with parenting and the challenges of living in another country and working in another language.

Motivated by those struggles with juggling thesis deadlines and other obligations but also by how empowering achieving academic goals can be, I decided to combine my academic and professional experience and personal skills to become a life and academic coach.

Since December 2020 I have been coaching PhD students, among others, helping them achieve their academic goals by providing the tools, strategies and support they need to get a succesfull PhD while having their study/life balance right.
