For PhD students who are feeling frustrated about not seeing results from their efforts, who want to be more focussed and productive, and who want to get through their PhD successfully without sacrificing sleep or time with friends and family.
WHAT'S INCLUDED...
I provide two, 1:1 coaching sessions.
In the first session, we set your personal goals and discuss a study strategy plan. I then provide a planning template and SMART goals worksheet to establish clear and realistic goals for the following 6 weeks.
The second 1:1 session is at the end of the 6 weeks. Here, we will analyse what worked for you and set your next steps.
Every week we meet for a small group coaching session, offering a sense of community, peer support, additional coaching and a chance to check in with your weekly goals.
Topics are flexible depending on the needs of the group. However, we generally work around weekly goals, procrastination, time management, impostor syndrome, motivation, routines, self-awareness, dealing with expectations, academic confidence and other topics that will help students to have a better PhD life.
Sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you are unable to attend.
Coaching exercises will help you discover your motivations, your real goals, and what beliefs about yourself are holding you back.
WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger groups provide a sense of belonging and community that can counter academic isolation and build accountability.
And, of course, if you need support, your peers and I will be there to help.
